IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
IELTS is widely accepted by educational institutions, professional registration bodies and government immigration agencies as evidence of suitable English language ability.

The IELTS exam consists of the following 4 test papers:
- Listening (Approximately 30 minutes)
The Listening paper has four parts and there are a total of 40 questions. At the end of the test you have 10 minutes to transfer your answers to the answer sheet.
- Reading (60 minutes)
The Reading paper consists of three reading passages taken from various sources and 40 comprehension questions.
- Writing (60 minutes)
The writing test has two tasks. You are advised to spend 20 minutes on task 1 and asked to write at least 150 words. For task 2, you are advised to spend 40 minutes and asked to write at least 250 words.
- Speaking (11-14 minutes)
The Speaking test has 3 parts and is recorded.
